Elle est diagnostiqu\u00e9e par le sch\u00e9ma des sympt\u00f4mes. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ladays.co\/fr\/les-symptomes-du-spm\/\">Le SPM (syndrome pr\u00e9menstruel)<\/a><\/strong> est un groupe d\u2019environ 150 sympt\u00f4mes diff\u00e9rents qui surviennent dans les 2 semaines pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant le d\u00e9but des r\u00e8gles d\u2019une femme. Les sympt\u00f4mes peuvent \u00eatre \u00e0 la fois physiques et \u00e9motionnels et sont tr\u00e8s r\u00e9els.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"\u00ab\" hidden=\"\">Le calcul du cycle menstruel<\/h1>\n<h2 class=\"\u00ab\" hidden=\"\">acn\u00e9 hormonale, anemie symptomes, carence en fer&#8230; Les symptomes du d\u00e9r\u00e8glement hormonal chez la femme, et le r\u00f4le des hormones<\/h2>\n<p>Les sympt\u00f4mes \u00e9taient autrefois consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme \u00abhyst\u00e9riques\u00bb et uniquement dans l\u2019esprit de la femme. Mais apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es de recherche, les scientifiques ont d\u00e9couvert que plus de 50 millions de femmes souffrent de ces sympt\u00f4mes chaque mois. Ces sympt\u00f4mes peuvent interf\u00e9rer consid\u00e9rablement avec le fonctionnement social, professionnel et sexuel.<\/p>\n<h3>Diagnostic et caract\u00e9ristiques du TDPM<\/h3>\n<p>Pour qu&#8217;un diagnostic de TDPM soit pos\u00e9, la femme doit avoir une p\u00e9riode <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ladays.co\/fr\/le-syndrome-premenstruel\/\">sans sympt\u00f4me<\/a><\/strong> pendant sa phase folliculaire du cycle menstruel pour la distinguer des autres troubles anxieux et de l&#8217;humeur pr\u00e9existants.<\/p>\n<p>Les caract\u00e9ristiques du TDPM et des d\u00e9pressions se chevauchent consid\u00e9rablement. Environ 30 \u00e0 75 % des femmes diagnostiqu\u00e9es avec un trouble dysphorique pr\u00e9menstruel ont \u00e9galement des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents de d\u00e9pression \u00e0 vie. Comparativement, seulement 15 % des femmes sans trouble dysphorique pr\u00e9menstruel souffrent de d\u00e9pression.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 cela, de nombreuses femmes atteintes de TDPM peuvent ne pas avoir de sympt\u00f4mes de d\u00e9pression. Se sentir triste, d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9e ou se d\u00e9pr\u00e9cier<br \/>2. Se sentir tendue, anxieuse ou \u00abnerveuse\u00bb<br \/>3. Labilit\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e de l&#8217;humeur entrecoup\u00e9e de larmes fr\u00e9quentes<br \/>4. Irritabilit\u00e9 persistante, col\u00e8re et conflits interpersonnels accrus<br \/>5. Diminution de l&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les activit\u00e9s habituelles, qui peut \u00eatre associ\u00e9e au retrait des relations sociales<br \/>6. Difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 se concentrer<br \/>7. Se sentir fatigu\u00e9e, l\u00e9thargique ou manquer d&#8217;\u00e9nergie<br \/>8. Modifications marqu\u00e9es de l&#8217;app\u00e9tit, qui peuvent \u00eatre associ\u00e9es \u00e0 une fr\u00e9n\u00e9sie alimentaire ou \u00e0 une envie de certains aliments<br \/>9. Hypersomnie ou insomnie<br \/>10. Un sentiment subjectif d&#8217;\u00eatre d\u00e9pass\u00e9e ou incontr\u00f4lable<br \/>11. Autres sympt\u00f4mes physiques, tels que sensibilit\u00e9 ou gonflement des seins, maux de t\u00eate, douleurs articulaires ou musculaires, sensation de ballonnement, prise de poids<\/p>\n<h3>Les traitements du TDPM<\/h3>\n<p>Les objectifs du traitement sont de r\u00e9duire les sympt\u00f4mes et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la fonction professionnelle du patient. Les changements de mode de vie qui aident souvent \u00e0 soulager les sympt\u00f4mes du TDPM augmentent l&#8217;exercice a\u00e9robie, diminuent la caf\u00e9ine et l&#8217;apport en sodium.<\/p>\n<p>Les facteurs de stress psychosociaux doivent \u00e9galement \u00eatre abord\u00e9s car le stress est connu pour modifier la chimie du cerveau et l&#8217;activit\u00e9 hormonale li\u00e9e au stress.<\/p>\n<p>Les antid\u00e9presseurs s\u00e9ritoninergiques constituent le traitement pharmacologique de premi\u00e8re intention de la TDPM s\u00e9v\u00e8re. Bien qu&#8217;il existe des \u00e9tudes de cas sur l&#8217;utilisation de rem\u00e8des \u00e0 base de plantes m\u00e9dicinales, aucune \u00e9tude n&#8217;a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9e par la FDA. De plus, la fabrication de produits \u00e0 base de plantes n&#8217;est pas uniforme &#8211; ce qui est \u00e9tiquet\u00e9 sur la bouteille peut ne pas se trouver dans la bouteille.<\/p>\n<p>Il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que l&#8217;induction de l&#8217;annovulation et de l&#8217;am\u00e9norrh\u00e9e procure un soulagement significatif des sympt\u00f4mes de d\u00e9pression. Cependant, ces m\u00e9dicaments peuvent \u00e9galement provoquer des sympt\u00f4mes de la m\u00e9nopause tels que bouff\u00e9es de chaleur, s\u00e9cheresse vaginale, fatigue et perte osseuse.<\/p>\n<p>Le diagnostic et le plan de traitement du TDPM doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 la fois par la femme et son m\u00e9decin.
